Fill jar with herbs (1/2 full with herbs that have been washed and dried)
Pour vinegar over herbs
Stir, push down so herbs are covered
Cover with lid that is plastic or plastic-lined
Store out of direct sunlight for six weeks, shaking daily
Strain
